Gercep, Relawan KGN Konsolidasi Usai Ganjar Pranowo diusung Capres oleh PDIP

IndonesiaVoice.com – Paska diusungnya Ganjar Pranowo sebagai Calon Presiden dari Partai PDIP pada 21 April 2023 di Batu Tulis Bogor, para Relawan Ganjar Pranowo yang sudah terbentuk pun tidak tinggal diam.

Diantaranya Relawan Kita Ganjar Nusantara (KGN) yang dideklarasikan 28 Oktober 2022 di Gedung Is Plaza-Jakarta. DPP KGN langsung gerak cepat (Gercep) melakukan rapat konsolidasi untuk menyusun kembali agenda perjuangan lebih konkrit untuk memenangkan Ganjar Pranowo sebagai Presiden RI Ke-8.

“Hari ini KGN melakukan rapat konsolidasi politik paska Mas Ganjar Pranowo dicalonkan jadi Capres dari PDIP. Terima kasih kepada Ketua Umum PDI Perjuangan Ibu Hj Megawati Soekarnoputri yang telah merekomendasikan Ganjar Pranowo menjadi capres yang diusung PDIP,” ujar Ketua Umum DPP KGN, Boyke Hasiholan Simanjuntak di kawasan Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Jumat (28/4/2023).

“Kedepan KGN akan solid terus bergerak dengan Tim Pemenangan Relawan Ganjar Pranowo yang dibentuk oleh PDIP dengan Koordinator Ahmad Basarah dan Wakil Koordinator Adian Napitupulu. Kita akan solid bergerak untuk melakukan percepatan dalam rangka memenangkan Ganjar Pranowo sebagai Presiden,” imbuh dia.

Dalam rangka melakukan percepatan sosialisasi terutama di wilayah yang belum tersentuh KGN, Boyke bersama tim relawan lain akan melakukan kerja-kerja politik.

“Kita bukan memainkan politik “bunyi-bunyian” (digital dan virtual). Kita justru ingin menyentuh politik riil. Kita membangun kekuatan-kekuatan politik di masyarakat dengan menyiapkan gagasan atau kerja-kerja politik dengan menyapa rakyat dan mengajak pemilih (konstituen) untuk memilih Mas Ganjar,” katanya.

“Ada beberapa wilayah pengenalan Mas Ganjar itu masih kurang, maka tugas kita adalah menyampaikan pesan-pesan Mas Ganjar. Setelah tersampaikan, kita mulai mengajak mereka untuk pilih Mas Ganjar,” tambah dia.

Boyke memaparkan, hingga kini KGN sudah berdiri di 18 Provinsi, atau di sekitar 50 kabupaten kota. “Kita akan terus membentuk KGN di 38 Provinsi di Indonesia untuk menemui, mengetuk pintu dan menyapa masyarakat. Kita dekati masyarakat agar mereka menjadi mulut, telinga dan mata bagi Ganjar Pranowo. Itu yang kita mau lakukan,” tegas dia.

Sementara Ketua Bidang Hukum dan Advokasi KGN, Rudi Sihombing, SH, mengutarakan, “Dengan diusungnya Ganjar Pranowo sebagai Capres oleh PDIP, Ganjar bukan lagi milik PDIP tapi milik semua anak bangsa, terlebih khusus bagi setiap relawan seperti KGN. Kita akan bergerak bersama dan konsolidasi serta membuka diri bersama lintas relawan dan parpol sehingga bisa bersama menyatukan visi memenangkan Ganjar Pranowo dalam Pilpres 2024.”




Sedangkan Dewan Pembina KGN, Baltasar Tarigan, menuturkan KGN yang telah berdiri tahun lalu ini, punya karakter dasar yakni sportivitas, spontan, loyal dan progresif dalam menyikapi proses-proses berkelanjutan kedepan.

“KGN begitu yakin dalam kajian, analisa dan pergumulan mendalam atas figur Ganjar Pranowo sebagai Capres merakyat yang mendengar denyutan hati masyarakat secara mendasar dan menyeluruh,” urai dia.

Karena itu, lanjut Baltasar, KGN akan terus berkonsolidasi dan bersinergi dengan semua elemen-elemen strategis masyarakat, terutama masyarakat yang membutuhkan sentuhan-sentuhan kelanjutan pembangunan yang mensejahterakan.




“KGN akan menata kerjasama dengan kelompok-kelompok usaha kecil, petani, buruh lepas dan kelompok strategis lainnya yang kita harapkan dalam masa mendatang mendapatkan sentuhan program pemerintah yang dipimpin Ganjar Pranowo yang lebih mensejahterakan,” pungkasnya.

Jemmy Mokolensang menambahkan, Ganjar Pranowo memberikan target kepada KGN agar fokus di 9 provinsi. “Dalam waktu dekat akan ada pelantikan KGN Sulawesi Utara dan beberapa Provinsi Papua di Jawa Tengah agar kita bergerak semakin kencang. Mari kita ketuk sejuta pintu sesuai amanat Pak Ganjar di Solo,” tandasnya.(*)

Ahli Waris Blue Bird Grup Minta Keadilan ke Presiden Jokowi, Kasusnya Diduga Libatkan Sejumlah Oknum Petinggi

IndonesiaVoice.com – Pemilik Perusahaan Transportasi raksasa Indonesia, Blue Bird Grup, Elliana Wibowo, meminta keadilan kepada Presiden Joko Widodo dan jajarannya. Hal itu terkait sejumlah kasus yang tak kunjung selesai selama bertahun-tahun.

Berlarut-larutnya penanganan sejumlah kasus, Perdata dan Pidana, yang melibatkan Blue Bird Group, ditengarai melibatkan sejumlah oknum petinggi maupun pensiunan di level pengambil kebijakan tinggi Negara.

Hal itu diungkapkan Elliana Wibowo, yang merupakan putri kandung Pendiri dan Pemilik awal Blue Bird, pasangan suami istri Surjo Wibowo dan Janti Wirjanto, saat menggelar jumpa pers, di Restoran Sunda Sari Idaman, Jalan Cipinang Raya, Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, Rabu, 19 April 2023.

“Saya sebagai anak pendiri Blue Bird, yang juga pemilik saham, merasakan dikriminalisasi dan diperlakukan dengan sangat tidak adil dalam setiap proses-proses kepemilikan, dan juga dalam proses-proses hukum yang kami hadapi selama bertahun-tahun ini. Kami memohon agar Bapak Presiden Joko Widodo, Menkopolhukam Mahfud MD, Jaksa Agung Burhanuddin, Kapolri Listyo Sigit, dan semua pimpinan Lembaga, untuk memberikan keadilan kepada kami,” tutur Elliana Wibowo, yang didampingi Tim Kuasa Hukum dari EDSA Attorney At Law, Saddan Sitorus, SH dan Firton Ernesto, SH, MH.

Bukan hanya persoalan Perdata dan kepemilikan Blue Bird Grup yang dipermasalahkan, Elliana Wibowo juga menyebut adanya sejumlah dugaan Perbuatan Melawan Hukum (PMH), dan Pidana lainnya, seperti dugaan pengancaman, rencana membunuh, dan juga menguasai aset-aset Blue Bird Grup, yang dialami oleh Elliana Wibowo sendiri.

Namun, semua laporan dan gugatan itu dikandaskan oleh sejumlah oknum yang diduga terlibat dalam kasus-kasus tersebut.





Ketika ditanya, siapa saja oknum petinggi yang diduga terlibat, Elliana Wibowo mengatakan, berdasarkan Surat Penyelidikan, dan adanya laporan mereka yang dikeluarkan Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyidikan (SP3) pada tahun 2002 silam, ada tertera nama Fadil Imran dan Bambang Hendarso Danuri.

“Sebab, yang ada tanda tangannya di surat itu adalah BHD (Bambang Hendarso Danuri), yang menandatangani diterbitkannya SP3,” ujarnya.

Padahal, lanjutnya, laporan mereka yang diproses di Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan pada waktu itu, diambil alih oleh Polda Metro Jaya, dengan alasan kasus ini adalah kasus besar.




“Pada waktu itu sudah ditetapkan 4 orang sebagai Tersangka atas laporan kami. Namun karena diambil alih oleh Polda Metro Jaya, malah Surat SP3 yang diterbitkan,” bebernya.

Perlu diketahui, kata dia lagi, pada waktu itu juga sudah dilakukan 2 kali Praperadilan, dengan putusan agar kasus itu dilanjutkan.

Banyaknya kejanggalan dan keanehan dalam perkara yang dihadapi Elliana Wibowo sebagai anak Pendiri dan Pemilik Blue Bird Grup, semakin membuat dia curiga bahwa keadilan yang diharapkan tidak akan pernah terwujud.

“Karena itu, kami memohon kepada Presiden Joko Widodo dan jajarannya, agar kiranya mau memberikan atensi untuk keadilan bagi kami Pencari Keadilan,” ujar Elliana Wibowo.




Senada dengan Elliana Wibowo, Tim Kuasa Hukum Saddan Sitorus juga menyampaikan, ada sejumlah gugatan dan perkara yang sudah dan sedang terus berproses. Seperti mengenai kepemilikan Blue Bird Grup, yang sudah dinyatakan adalah milik Elliana Wibowo sebagai ahli waris dari pendiri dan pemilik awal Blue Bird Grup, yakni pasangan Surjo Wibowo dan Janti Wirjanto.

Proses persidangan yang paling dekat ini adalah terkait Perkara Nomor 677 Tahun 2022, yang diajukan pada bulan Agustus 2022.

“Persidangan selanjutnya akan digelar pada 4 Mei 2023 mendatang,” ujar Saddan Sitorus.

Untuk perkara perdata ini, kata dia, ada 9 pihak yang dinyatakan sebagai Tergugat, yakni Dr H Purnomo Prawiro, Noni Sri Ariati, Hj Endang P, dr Indra P, Kapolri cq Kapolda Metro Jaya (Bambang Hendarso Danuri Dkk), PT Blue Bird, PT Blue Bird Grup, PT Blue Bird Tbk, OJK dan Menkumham.




“Jika orang kaya saja diperlakukan dengan sangat tidak adil, bagaimana dengan Nasib kaum proletar dan orang-orang miskin di Republik Indonesia ini dalam mencari keadilan? Karena itu, kami memohon agar keadilan seadil-adilnya diberikan kepada klien kami dan kepada para pencari keadilan,” tutur Saddan Sitorus.

Sedangkan, anggota tim kuasa hukum, Firton Ernesto, menambahkan, berdirinya Blue Bird sejak tahun 1971, sudah tidak terbantahkan sebagai milik pasangan suami istri Surjo Wibowo dan Janti Wirjanto, yang kemudian diserahkan kepada putrinya Elliana Wibowo sebagai ahli waris.

Anehnya, selama bertahun-tahun ini, Elliana Wibowo tidak pernah dilibatkan oleh Blue Bird Tbk dalam pengelolaan, dan bahkan pengambilalihan aset secara diam-diam dilakukan.




“Terhitung 11 tahun, klien kami Elliana Wibowo sebagai pemilik saham, tidak pernah dilibatkan dan tidak pernah dilapori mengenai Blue Bird,” ujarnya.

Karena itu, dia berharap, segala kejanggalan dan keanehan itu harus dibongkar tuntas, serta diberikan keadilan sesungguhnya kepada Elliana Wibowo.
