IndonesiaVoice.com – Musyawarah Nasional (Munas) Ke-7 Perkumpulan Wartawan Media Kristiani Indonesia (PERWAMKI) bakal dihadiri oleh Menteri Pertahanan RI, Prabowo Subianto dan dibuka oleh Dirjen Bimas Kristen Dr Jeane Marie Tulung STh, MPd di Grha Oikumene PGI, Jakarta, Jumat, 7 Juli 2023.

Ketua Panitia, David Pasaribu, menjelaskan Munas ke-7 PERWAMKI sesungguhnya berlangsung tiga hari, yakni mulai tanggal 7 hingga 9 Juli 2023.

“Munas akan dibuka secara resmi oleh Dirjend Bimas Kristen Kemenag RI, Dr Jeane Marie Tulung, STh, M.Pd dan akan dihadiri Menteri Pertahanan RI, Letjend TNI (Purn) Prabowo Subianto yang bertindak sebagai Keynote Speaker,” urai dia.

“Munas ke-7, diadakan pada tanggal 7 bulan 7, angka cantik 777. Sesusai acara pembukaan Munas di Grha Oikumene PGI, kita anggota PERWAMKI langsung jalan ke Wisma TNI AL, Ciloto, Bogor sampai Minggu, 9 Juli untuk melanjutkan agenda Munas yakni sidang-sidang dan Pemilihan Ketua dan Sekretaris umum DPP yang baru periode 2023-2027,” terang David di Jakarta, Minggu, (2/7/2023).

Lebih lanjut dikatakan David, acara Pembukaan Munas akan mengundang untuk hadir para tokoh-tokoh kristiani dan pimpinan gereja.

“Para Pimpinan Aras Gereja Nasional, Pimpinan Sinode Gereja, Pimpinan Lembaga dan organisasi Kristiani, tokoh Masyarakat kristiani, STT dan tentunya para pengurus dan anggota PERWAMKI dari tingkat Pusat hingga daerah,” jelasnya.

Sementara, Ketua Umum PERWAMKI, Stevano Margianto mengatakan, tema sentral Munas ke-7 PERWAMKI kali ini adalah; “Kebenaran Meninggikan Derajat Bangsa, Menjadi Terang di tengah Kegelapan”. Sedangkan topik untuk Keynote Speaker yakni “Peran Pers Sebagai Pilar Keempat Demokrasi, Tangkal Hoax di Tahun Politik”.

“Tema Munas dengan tema Keynote Speaker sejalan. Kami PERWAMKI menjujung tinggi kebenaran karena diyakini mampu mengangkat derajat bangsa kita. Kami (PERWAMKI) bertekad melawan Hoax atau ketidakbenaran informasi atau berita, apalagi memasuki tahun Pemilu yang diprediksi akan banyak berita atau kabar Hoax yang beredar. Disinilah peran jurnalis Kristen menjadi terang dalam kegelapan,” terang Mas Margi, panggilan akrab Margianto.

Terkait kehadiran Menhan RI, Prabowo Subianto, Margianto meyakinkan akan kehadiran beliau. Dan bukan karena dukung-mendukung Capres.

“Saya dapat kepastian tentang kehadiran Pak Prabowo dari adik kandungnya Pak Hashim Djojohadikusumo melalui pesan WhatsApp. Kita mengundang beliau selaku Menteri Pertahanan mewakili unsur pemerintah. Sewaktu Munas ke-6, yang kami undang Menkominfo,” beber Mas Margi.
Mas Margi menyadari akan ada pihak-pihak yang mengaitkan kehadiran Menhan Prabowo dengan isu konstelasi Capres pada Pemilu 2024 yang sebentar lagi.

“Kita mendukung semua Capres yang akan bertarung, soal memilih itu urusan masing-masing, kita (PERWAMKI) tidak ada keinginan mempengaruhi siapapun untuk memilih salah satu kontestan Capres. Selain tidak sesuai dengan AD/ART PERWAMKI juga bertentangan dengan kode etik jurnalistik,” tegasnya.

Putusan Pengadilan Agama Jaktim dianggap Keliru, Kuasa Hukum Mochamad Syaiful Ajukan Banding

IndonesiaVoice.com – Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur dalam Perkara Nomor: 886/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JT telah memenangkan Para Penggugat Mirdja, Nata, dan Rozali pada Rabu, 14 Juni 2023, terkait sengketa waris antara Tergugat Mochamad Syaiful bin Ali Soedjai dengan keluarga Alm. Ali Sooedjai yaitu Penggugat Mirdja, Nata, dan Rozali sebagai pamannya.

Atas putusan hakim tersebut, Kuasa Hukum dari Tergugat, Iskandar Yusuf, SH, menilai putusan hakim sangatlah keliru. Dan ada kesewenang-wenangan hakim dalam mengambil putusan.

“Ada poin penting yang akan kami ajukan Banding dari putusan hakim tersebut karena telah membatalkan Penetapan Ahli Waris Nomor 0728/Pdt.P/2021/PAJT tergugat yang telah putus pada tanggal 14 bulan Oktober tahun 2021,” tegasnya.

Lebih lanjut Iskandar menjelaskan putusan Penetapan Ahli Waris tersebut telah melebihi 14 hari. Dan jika ada pihak yang keberatan bisa ajukan upaya hukum banding pada saat putusan tersebut diumumkan.

“Apabila dalam 14 hari tidak ada yang mengajukan keberatan atau melakukan upaya hukum banding, maka putusan tersebut sudah dinyatakan telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap (Inkrah),” imbuhnya.

Iskandar menambahkan, putusan hakim sangatlah keliru dan tidak bertitik tolak pada fakta di persidangan.

“Putusan Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur dalam Perkara Nomor: 886/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JT Tertanggal 14 Juni 2023 adalah bentuk putusan yang tidak adil dan cenderung sewenang-wenang. Kami sebagai kuasa hukum sudah mendaftarkan upaya hukum banding yang terdaftar pada hari selasa tanggal 27 Juni 2023 melalui E-Court Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Timur,” urainya.

Menurut Iskandar, ada hal lain dari tergugat sampaikan kepada tim kuasa hukum untuk melaporkan oknum jaksa yang telah membackup (mendukung) para penggugat ke Kejaksaan Agung.

“Kami mempunyai bukti video dan foto oknum jaksa tersebut. Hal ini kami laporkan karena bukan ranah jaksa dalam perkara yang dihadapi klien (tergugat) kami. Sesuai permintaan klien kami juga akan melaporkan bekas Kuasa Hukum Tergugat ke Dewan Kode Etik Organisasinya karena telah membuat keterangan yang berbeda dari apa yang disampaikan didalam persidangan terdahulu,” beber dia.

“Sebagai Tim Kuasa Hukum, kami menegaskan bahwa sesuai permintaan klien kami, akan melakukan upaya hukum kasasi sampai Peninjauan Kembali (PK) bila ada keputusan yang menurut kami keliru untuk membatalkan Penetapan Ahli Waris yang telah inkrah, siapapun berhak melakukan upaya hukum, akan tetapi jika keputusan itu telah inkrah tidak bisa dibatalkan,” tandas Iskandar.(*)

Pelantikan ditandai dengan pembacaan SK kepengurusan oleh Sekjen DM LABB Sepri Situmeang, SPi, MM. Dilanjutkan penyerahan pataka organisasi dari Ketum DM LABB Dr Pontas Sinaga kepada Ketum DPP LABB Kol TNI (Purn) Nasib Simarmata.

Adapun Kepengurusan DPP LABB Periode 2022-2027 adalah Ketua Umum: Kolonel TNI (Purn) Nasib Simarmata SH, MSi. Dalam keterangannya, Ketum DPP LABB Kolonel TNI (Purn) Nasib Simarmata SH, MSi, berharap kedepan LABB ini bisa menaungi organisasi-organisasi Batak yang membawa bangsa Batak maju dan berkontribusi bagi negeri ini.

“Banyak bangsa Batak yang hebat, saya sangat setuju bahwa Bangsa Batak adalah bangsa yang diberkati. Tapi kenapa kita tidak besar? Karena belum dikelola dengan baik terkait soal persatuan dan kesatuan. Kita masih berjuang sendiri-sendiri,” tegas dia.

Penyerahan Pataka Organisasi

Menurut Nasib Simarmata, Bangsa Batak penting memahami prinsip kebersamaan melalui sapu lidi. “Sapu lidi kalau terkumpul satu ikat sangat susah dipatahkan. Dikampak pun tiga kali baru putus. Tapi kalau cuma satu atau dua lidi maka gampang sekali dipatahkan,” ujar dia.

Ia melanjutkan, agar bangsa Batak berhati-hati adanya upaya yang menggiring dibuatnya cluster-cluster agar mudah dilemahkan. “Kita jangan mau digiring kesana. Bangsa Batak mesti bersatu. Mari kita berdoa agar kita dikuatkan untuk membuat bangsa Batak lebih maju. Mari kita bersinergi, bersama kita bisa, bersatu kita hebat,” pungkasnya.

Sementara Ketum DM LABB, Dr Pontas Sinaga berharap kepada para pengurus DPP LABB yang baru dilantik untuk melaksanakan visi LABB yaitu menjadi bangsa batak yang bersatu, beradat, beradab, beriman cerdas, sejahtera dan beridentitas. Juga, tujuh misi yang diamanatkan para ketua marga yang berhimpun di Dewan Mangaraja. “Selamat bekerja kepada pengurus DPP LABB yang baru dilantik,” ucapnya.

“Selamat Amang Nasib Simarmata yang bernasib jadi ketua. Banyak jenderal, tapi yang terpilih kolonel. Kita juga minta agar LABB di sekitar Toba segera dibentuk dan diserahkan kepada bupati. Kita sebagai DM LABB akan memberi dukungan dan asistensi serta memberikan duit bila perlu. Selamat bekerja Amang Nasib,” imbuhnya.

Mewakili ketua marga-marga, Irjen Pol (Purn) Erwin Tobing juga mengucapkan selamat bertugas kepada pengurus DPP LABB yang baru dilantik. “Kiranya LABB terus bersemangat dalam berkiprah dan bertambah maju. Selamat untuk Amang Nasib Simarmata dan jajarannya,” tandasnya.
